This is a 40ft x 8ft used shipping container that has been repurposed and customized for administrative usage.

The interior is newly fitted with insulated sandwich panels for the wall and ceiling and the internal electrical wiring has been done up to support 4 single tube LED lights & 4 13A double sockets.

The container also comes with 4 fixed glass on 40ft length side and 1 single-leaf door on 8ft rear side.

Its cargo door remains accessible and is mounted on castor wheels, transforming it to a readily mobile asset.
