Job Positions Available

Technician (Electrical / Plumber)

Responsibilities

  • Survey electrical and plumbing requirements
  • Installation of panels, fitting & hardware
  • To carry out quality check on finished work e.g. installation and connection
  • Perform troubleshooting as necessary
  • Assist with other inhouse operation requirement 

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience and knowledge in related field.
  • Candidates with driving license will have an advantage.
  • Team player; physically fit & able to work in outdoor environment
  • Able to join immediately
Sales Designer / Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ requirements and propose products & solutions.
  • Perform site visits, coordination and supervision from time to time. 
  • See to the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals.
  • Build strong relationship with customers, providing consultation and sales support.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and news and ensure product offerings are updated and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Interior Design or related
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Self-driven, adaptive and good interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
  • Possess class 3 license and own vehicle (if possible).
  • Basic knowledge of CAD & 3D drawing (e.g. Sketchup) will be advantageous.
Lorry Crane Driver

Responsibilities:

  • 6 days work week
  • Operate lorry crane
  • Ensure timely delivery & collection of goods & materials
  • Perform loading/unloading of items & internal shifting
  • Ensure timely collection and goods delivery
  • Must comply to company safety rules / instructions and at plant / site
  • Maintain equipment, vehicle in good & clean condition before and after operation
  • Use checklist to operate and report any defects
  • Operate in a safe and efficient manner
  • Comply with inhouse safety and statutory requirements 
  • Use PPE provided and ensure material delivered in good condition
  • Perform or assist with other routine or adhoc assignment when not operating lorry crane

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 4/5 driving licence with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Possess WSQ-Operate Lorry Crane License
  • 6 days work week
  • Able to read, write and communicate in simple English
  • Able to operate forklift, excavator is advantageous
  • May be required to exceed the normal working hours from time to time in accordance with the exigencies of service
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, any field.
  • Physically fit and with positive attitude
Heavy Forklift Kalmar Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Lifting & stacking of containers and materials using heavy forklift & reach stacker;
  • Ensure correct movement and quantities of containers and material entering and leaving workplace 
  • Follow safe operating procedure, instruction, preventing any injury or damage to container, equipment and property
  • Ensure storage space is maximized, organized and safe.  
  • Record incoming and outgoing stocks
  • Assist with warehousing & housekeeping
  • Simple maintenance of equipment
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Operation Manager

Requirements

  • Must have heavy forklift operator licence
  • Must be competent in handling forklift and preferably Kalmar/Sany container lifting equipment.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience and knowledge of operating heavy forklift
  • Team player; physically fit & able to work in outdoor environment
  • Able to join immediately
  • Location: Jurong
Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Appointment as Corporate Secretary;
  • Generate full set of accounts including financial statements, AGM documents & minutes, resolution
  • Perform accurate and timely review of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results;,
  • Maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts payable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, expenses
  • Review of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to accounting;
  • Credit control management and risk management;
  • Vendor payments arrangement (Cheque issuing, online banking payments, etc.);
  • Oversee corporate tax, GST and other taxes/duties;
  • Liaise with bankers on bank matters, Handling LC, Hire & Purchase, and other financial instruments;
  • Review financial-related contracts and agreements;
  • Review the employees’ and company business-related insurance package and renewal;
  • Carry out the timely and accurate preparation and filing of required statutory/tax returns with various business functions e.g. ECI, Annual Returns;
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting and provide financial advice to management 
  • Develop and improve existing procedures and systems; and
  • Take on additional responsibilities/ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
  • Candidate must also possess ACCA / CPA / CA
  • Able to handle full set of accounting and be appointed as Corporate Secretary
  • Candidates must have 5 years of working experience in Accounting Field.
  • 5 day work week, work location in the West
Assistant Production Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Planning of production and delivery schedule
  • Analyse job order requirements and assist in design & material calculation 
  • Coordinate with Designer in shop drawings 
  • Coordinate works with subcontractors 
  • Conduct QC to ensure job order is according to drawings & specifications
  • Optimise company resource to carry out all works
  • Provide support to production & procurement personnel 
  • Advise on production improvement as well as sales & marketing on technical matters 
  • Participate in safety requirements complying with ISO45001   

Requirements:

  • Self-driven, a team player, adaptive and have good interpersonal skills
  • Preferably have at least 1-2 years working experience, graduates are welcome
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing and/or warehousing will be advantageous.
  • Singapore/PR without prior similar job position may be considered for Professional Conversion Programme (PCP)
  • Professional Certificate / NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of carpentry/manufacturing/renovation will be beneficial.  
  • A team player with sense of task ownership 
  • Responsible, meticulous, self-driven and organized.
Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage full employee life cycle including recruitment, selection, on-boarding, orientation and off-boarding
  • Preparation of letters, forms, email correspondence, etc.
  • Payroll & claims processing, overtime calculation & issuance of payslip
  • Renewal of employee & company insurance policies (i.e. WIC, FWMI, GHS, D&O)
  • Submission of employees’ personal and income data e.g. CPF, IR8A, Levy 
  • All insurance claim matters; including but not limited to liaising with employees, brokers and medical institution on required treatment, claim documents, follow-up on claim status, etc…
  • Manage and co-ordinate all training activities including enrolment, payment request, disseminate course confirmation etc..
  • Proper maintenance of personal information on payroll system & records e.g. Training etc…
  • Administrative duties including but not limited to grant application, vehicle notices, obtaining & evaluating quotations for corporate expenses etc..
  • Manage office tidiness, stationery issue, staff welfare matters  

Requirements

  • High integrity when handling confidential information
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years related experience
  • Experience in payroll and e-leave preferred
  • Good command of English (spoken & written)
  • Meticulous, highly organized and able to prioritise
