Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined sales region and monitors/directs the sales efforts, representative activities, competitive activities, and customer activities in that region

Requirements:

  • Possesses and experience in overseas exposure, knowledge about shipping containers and container trade

  • Possess class 3 license and own vehicle (if possible)

JD29 Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ex-stock list and record incoming and outgoing stocks
  • Support sales team in matching, reserving and updating of stock status
  • Ensure stock inventory list is accurate and up-to-date at all times
  • Support sales team with processing quotation, sales order & filing
  • Attend to customer enquiries & follow up
  • Coordinate orders and lead time with operations team

Graphic & web designer

  • Design and develop content for marketing collaterals (online & offline) to support various, brochures, banner, promotions, campaigns, web and catalogue designing: advertising in directories
  • Design, manage & execute creative ideas to create digital design work for  company’s web properties, social media accounts and e-commerce platforms
  • Drive content creation on web properties and social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business) to attract leads
  • Manage digital marketing to improve traffic and web ranking for leads generation
  • Create & establish the look and feel of the brand/campaigns in order to develop leads and stimulate sales. Design logo, icons, gifts and web design.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the factory’s operation is running smoothly and log down any issues and troubleshoot whenever possible
  • Source and negotiate for the most favourable costs with supplier.
  • Assist in arranging of transport and prepare delivery and collection orders.
  • Ensure supplies and finished goods are delivered timely and in good condition
  • Manage the movement and storage of finished products and containers and are delivered on time and in order
  • Plan effective movement and storage plan of manpower, machinery and material and always maintain organization
  • Recommends substitution where a saving in cost or improved delivery will result.
  • Solicits and analyses quotations for stock and non-stock items.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules
  • Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
  • Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and store as required
  • Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension, design & specification from site & vendors.
  • Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project with project documents, etc…
  • Prepare bill of quantity for job order in a cost-effective manner.
  • Responsible in the overall quantity take off resources (eg. Material, man hours)
  • Analysis and preparation of cost plan & estimate for tender and job order
  • Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practice and changes
  • Attend to customer enquiry and conduct survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling full sets of accounts (AP,AR,GL) including month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare & review financial statements incompliance to finance reporting standards, tax forms & company’s GST preparation, reporting & timely submission of annual returns.
