JD11 Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined sales region and monitors/directs the sales efforts, representative activities, competitive activities, and customer activities in that region
  • Actively monitor and communicate activities in the region and responsible for sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses.
  • Managing organizational sales, revenue, cost and expense controls
  • As a Regional Sales Executive, your role is to execute the group’s sales strategies to explore business opportunities and maximize sales prospects.
  • develops strategies for the improvement of current products and develops relationships with those at the customer locations who have significant influence on purchasing decisions.
  • Seeks market opportunities and tenaciously pursues transitioning those into new sales and promoting the organization and products.
  • Mobilizes necessary resources (materials, resources, etc.) as required to maximize chances of successful new business qualification trials.
  • Professionally represent company values, products, services, and capabilities, manages business interactions using ethical business practices.
  • Provides timely and accurate reporting on customer and competitive activities.
  • Fetch Sales enquiries, discuss clients’ needs and propose concepts, products & solutions.
  • Prepare specification, quotation, drawings, negotiate price and project timelines with customers.
  • Prepare and follow up closely on job orders with clear and concise communications with productions
  • Participate in sales & marketing meetings to provide update on feedback from customer.
  • Achieve team target and provide back up to other team members when they are away
  • Ensure correct billing information with accounts receivable and provide support in recovering outstanding bills.
  • Attend site visits, Build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and news and ensure product offerings are updated and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in related field.
  • Possesses and experience in overseas exposure, knowledge about shipping containers and container trade
  • Self-driven, adaptive and Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess class 3 license and own vehicle (if possible)
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.

JD29 Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ex-stock list and record incoming and outgoing stocks
  • Support sales team in matching, reserving and updating of stock status
  • Ensure stock inventory list is accurate and up-to-date at all times
  • Support sales team with processing quotation, sales order & filing
  • Attend to customer enquiries & follow up
  • Coordinate orders and lead time with operations team
  • Maintain good relationship with customer
  • Be familiar with product offerings and market trends
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma / Certificate
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Meticulous, highly organized and team-player
  • Self-driven, adaptive and good interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
JD32 QS Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules
  • Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
  • Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and store as required
  • Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension, design & specification from site & vendors.
  • Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project with project documents, etc…
  • Prepare bill of quantity for job order in a cost-effective manner.
  • Responsible in the overall quantity take off resources (eg. Material, man hours)
  • Analysis and preparation of cost plan & estimate for tender and job order
  • Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practice and changes
  • Attend to customer enquiry and conduct survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.
  • Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing
  • Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
  • Prepare monthly project report to the Project Manager / Customers
  • Ensure workplace is well-maintained, tidy & safe.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Construction-related, engineering field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in construction, building, project management, manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of structural, plumbing, electrical civil (any area) will be beneficial.
  • Familiar with Structural drawings to prepare for tender and job order.
  • Competency in computer-aided drawing.
  • Responsible, self-driven, organized & team player with good interpersonal skill.
  • Possess class 3 license is beneficial.
